If there’s water, it’s good for a beach.

Known for its colorful buildings inviting great photo ops and a guaranteed good mood, Burano is a unique destination just a hop away from Venice.

Sheep, dogs, cows, horses … some of the many things I saw on my ten-day walk from Ponferrada to Santiago de Compostella.

The highest part of my walk, mountain O Cebreiro was still dusted in snow in April. An unparalleled view and beauty.

The Chapel Bridge in Lucerne was built in the 1300s. It has suffered from a variety of fires and other unfortunate events but still stands as the perfect panorama for this Swiss city.

The train journey through the area around Interlaken was one of the most gorgeous I’ve taken. How different it must be from winter to summer! Dive in.

Only one boat braved the cold on the lake this February morning.

Fasnacht, or “Carnival”, in Switzerland was the most fun I’ve had on a night out, and the most confetti I’ve ever been exposed to. 10/10 would do again.
